. Material : The nozzle is typically constructed from high-quality zirconium copper to provide high thermal conductivity and longevity

. Chromium-Zirconium-Copper (CuCrZr) is an upgraded premium material option for these high-performance P80 consumables.

. While baseline or DIY-grade P80 nozzles are typically machined from standard oxygen-free red copper, choosing a zirconium copper alloy significantly alters the performance profile of the parts

. Superior Thermal Stability : It features a high softening temperature (up to 550°C), allowing the nozzle to withstand intense heat without deforming or losing structural integrity.

. Enhanced Hardness & Wear Resistance : The addition of chromium and zirconium creates a much harder composite alloy (around 160 HV compared to 110 HV for pure copper). This greatly reduces physical wear from abrasive plasma dross and spatter.

. Extended Lifespan : Its superiol resistance to high-temperature oxidation, a zirconium-copper alloy nozzle can last up to 30% longer than standard pure copper alternatives during heavy-duty or automated CNC cutting cycles.
